"Colles Teil für Kinder. Jedoch die Befestigungsart der unteren Bänder gefällt mir persönlich nicht. Diese werden durch das Fangnetz des Trampolins "gestochen". Die Sorge, dass das Netz kaputt geht, ist mir doch zu groß. Ohne Befestigung geht's auch. Ansonsten macht es den Kindern Spaß und das zählt."

"We do not enjoy the design of the hoop. As others mention, the snap comes undone and can be tedious to fix each time. Also, we used the lower setup for our younger kids. The directions advise you to secure the bottom portion with straps and the metal hooks are to go through the net. With people jumping and the net moving, these hooks are just going to create a hole in our net over time. We recommend finding a new design for your basketball hoops."

Can the Projam hoop still be installed onto a 15ft Hero with the smartshade cover attached?

Do you sell replacement parts for this hoop? We have had one since 2020 but one of the tension rods in the back has been lost. Can I get a replacement from you?

Does the pro jam fit the jumpflex hero trampoline? If so are there instructions available for it?

Is it possible to get a set of replacement poles for the pro jam? We had one of them break this summer. We have all the other pieces. Kind of hate getting a completely new hoop and all.

Can I order the extender pools for the back of the basketball hoop? Somehow one is missing so we cannot use the basketball hoop or attach it to the trampoline at this time.
