"Super stoked with our purchase after the first week, kids and adults are having a blast. Took us about 2 hours to set up with 4 adults, then another hour for bells and whistles including slide, aquajet, projam, and sun shade. Make sure to use the provided tool for putting the springs on. Recommend having a handcart available for moving the boxes around, and a ladder for applying netting etc."

"The BEST upgrade, we went from a 10ft to a 19ft and it’s basically a house extension! Our kids were so sad that their first JumpFlex disappeared a couple days before Christmas so they just about exploded seeing their new JumpFlex on Christmas morning. Easily assembled, took 2-3 hours for hubby and I, no arguments occurred during haha- really easy to understand instructions! We love that these are such a solid make of trampoline! I imagine the entire neighbourhood will live on this new trampoline!!"
"My grandchildren love it. My son had two friends help him so it was put together faster. Directions were very well written so easy to follow. A part snapped due to cold temps and replacement came next day so the company is very efficient. The trampoline came in 8 boxes and they shipped fast. Great product and company!"
"This thing is heavy duty. Instructions have a typo in them. jumpflex confirmed. Don't get me wrong this is good stuff. My kids are enjoying it regularly"
"It's a nice trampoline but they label the boxes saying start here but just take everything out and separate it. Make sure you put the T's facing the right way on what they call the straight pieces of the outter circle which aren't straight."
"Not difficult to put together, 2 people did it. Grandson really liked size. Seems to be made very well. Just bought for Christmas so we will see! My husband wants to order other grandkids already."
