"Very happy with this jumpflex trampoline. Researched lots of different brands and glad I chose this one. My partner put it up single handed in a couple of hours. Was a bit concerned as garden is on slight incline but it’s fine. The kids love it and have used it every day. I purchased it in the sale and delivery was very quick. No negatives so far."

With 111 children I’ve purchased some trampolines over the years, but hands down this is the best made trampoline I’ve ever purchased, every thing I would have done to improve a trampoline this company had thought of and implemented. Not only that their customer service department is a 10 out of 10, never have I come across a company so dedicated to helping."

"This is a wonderful trampoline. My grandchildren love it. I had a couple of small issues but they were dealt with by the company immediately. The net makes it really safe and it’s such excellent exercise for children"

"Kids have loved playing on it, good construction, easy to put together, took me 2 hours by myself. A couple of the instructions didn't relate 100% but it clearly wasn't a show stopper. Looks really smart, safe for the kids and a good product overall. Really pleased it came with the Projam - just adds some fun to it. Two girls, 4 and 6, and the 12ft feels the right size, hopefully for a few more years to come. Shame delivery isn't included, but came on time and left in our "safe space"."
"Love the trampoline. The issue i have is Direct Freight Express incompetence. They loaded other cargo on-top of the trampoline piercing one of the boxes and causing a small tear in the TightWeave safety net. I wish Jumpflex would use a different freight service as Direct Freight Express have a reputation for damaging goods whilst in transit."
"Das Netz ist ziemlich locker, sodass man an die äußeren Streben knallen kann und die Verankerung der Federung ist nicht ideal, da die Kids dort mit den Füßen drauf treten können. Wir sind zwar jetzt zufrieden und es passt, hätten da aber doch etwas mehr erwartet."
