My kids got the aqua jet for Xmas to put on their Jumpflex trampoline. It was used for the first time yesterday and the connection which attaches to the hose has come off. How do we fix it?
Hi there Samm Hope you are well, thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear this is happening. Sometimes this can occur, if you're able to disassemble and then re-assemble the Aqua-jet, just making sure the Rubber O-rings and valves are in place correctly. Re-tighten the junctions and try out the water again. If you have no luck, please send through an email to hello@jumpflex.com.au and we can sort a replacement for you instead. Hopefully this helps?
